E-Redes schedules power outages across several Portuguese municipalities

E-Redes has scheduled several temporary electricity supply interruptions across various Portuguese municipalities between Wednesday and Sunday. These planned outages are intended to facilitate technical interventions, including maintenance, modernization, and reinforcement of the electrical distribution network.

In the Setúbal district, specific areas such as Almada, Moita, and Barreiro will experience brief power cuts, typically occurring in the early morning hours. For instance, Almada's Charneca de Caparica and Sobreda regions are scheduled for interruptions on September 24, while Caparica and Trafaria are affected on September 25. Barreiro will also see scheduled works, including a period on September 27.

Other municipalities mentioned in the maintenance schedule include Lisboa, Loures, Beja, Olhão, Rio Maior, and Seia. E-Redes noted that these interruptions are generally localized, often affecting only a single street, a portion of a street, or a small group of buildings, rather than entire municipalities.
