EA Sports FC 27 introduces open-world social hub and Career Mode updates

EA Sports FC 27 introduces significant structural changes to the franchise, most notably through the addition of ‘The Grounds’. This new open-world social environment allows up to 100 simultaneous users to interact in districts inspired by footballing nations like France, Argentina, and the United Kingdom.

Within The Grounds, players can engage in various street football activities, including 1v1, 2v2, and 5v5 Rush matches, as well as alternative mini-games. This mode aims to provide a more organic social experience compared to traditional static menus.

The Career Mode has also seen updates, offering increased strategic depth. Managerial gameplay now features a more dynamic transfer negotiation system influenced by market trends and locker room morale, while Player Career mode emphasizes tactical decisions and organic professional progression.
