Eagle Plains Resources extends warrant expiry to August 2027
Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (TSXV:EPL, OTCQB:EGPLF) received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to amend the terms of 2,220,750 common share purchase warrants issued in a private placement in August 2023. The original expiry of the warrants on August 2, 2026 has been extended by 12 months to a new expiry date of August 2, 2027.
The exercise price remains unchanged at $0.30 per share, and the acceleration clause is retained: if the company’s share price on the TSX Venture Exchange closes at or above $0.50 for 20 consecutive trading days, holders will be notified and the warrants will expire 30 days after that notice.
