Eagles and Lakers consider roster moves with Ertz and Thybulle

The Philadelphia Eagles are reportedly considering a reunion with veteran tight end Zach Ertz. While no deal is imminent due to Ertz recovering from an ACL injury sustained late last season, there is mutual interest between the player and the team. The Eagles are looking for additional depth at the tight end position under new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion.

In the NBA, the Los Angeles Lakers are projected to utilize Matisse Thybulle as a starting power forward. After failing to secure high-profile targets like Jonathan Kuminga during the offseason, the Lakers may rely on the former two-time All-Defensive wing to round out a starting lineup that is expected to include Luka Doncic, Austin Reaves, Quentin Grimes, and Walker Kessler. Thybulle joined the Lakers on a one-year, $3.3 million contract.
