Earth Atlantis Abyss announced for Q1 2027 release

Pixel Perfex and Eccentrix Studios have announced Earth Atlantis Abyss, a new roguelike shoot ’em up set in the flooded world of the Earth Atlantis series. The game is scheduled for a PC release via Steam in the first quarter of 2027 through Rising Tide Publishing.

Players control Pypher, a 17-year-old captain searching for her missing grandfather. The gameplay involves descending through seven layers of a drowned world, managing light as a survival resource and engaging in bullet-hell combat against eight bosses. Players can customize their submarines using a grid-based system to manage weapons, engines, drones, and hull modules, with the ability to merge or fuse parts for upgrades.
