East Aceh Baitul Mal leadership inaugurated for 2026–2031 term

The Regent of East Aceh, Iskandar Usman Al’farlaky, has officially inaugurated the Chairman and members of the East Aceh Baitul Mal for the 2026–2031 period. Rizalihadi was appointed as the Chairman of the Board.

During the inauguration, the Regent emphasized that Baitul Mal must operate as a professional, transparent, and trustworthy institution. He highlighted the importance of managing community funds—including zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf—effectively to support poverty alleviation and empowerment programs in East Aceh.

Newly appointed Chairman Rizalihadi committed to strengthening governance and increasing zakat collection. Additionally, the Head of the Baitul Mal Secretariat, Mursal Edi, stated that the institution aims to improve recipient data systems and digitalize zakat management to ensure greater accountability.
