East Jutland kebab product recalled over safety concerns
The Danish Food Authority has ordered the recall of Heat'n Eat Oksekebab (400 g) produced by Dencon Food A/S. The product, with best‑before dates up to 21 June 2027, contains meat from Esro Vlees B.V. in the Netherlands, whose approval was withdrawn by the Dutch food‑safety authority (NVWA). The recall applies to units sold at Rema 1000, Salling Super Aarhus, SuperBrugsen Galten and Nemlig.com. Consumers are instructed to return the kebab to the shop where it was bought or discard it, and to seek medical advice if any symptoms occur after consumption.
