East Yemen Bank opens new branch in Marib's Al-Wadi district

East Yemen Bank for Islamic Microfinance has opened a new branch in the Al-Wadi district at the Bin Maili station in Marib Governorate. The expansion aims to strengthen the bank's banking and financing presence across various regions of the governorate.

The opening ceremony was attended by local officials, including Marib Deputy Governor for Administrative Affairs Abdullah al-Bakri and Al-Wadi District Director General Saleh bin Jaradan. The bank's executive leadership, including CEO Mohammed Abdul Samad and Vice Chairman Jalal Abdo Mohammed, were also present.

According to the bank's executive director, the new branch is part of a strategic effort to reach areas with increasing population and economic activity. The branch will provide Sharia-compliant banking and financing solutions tailored to individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, and local business activities to promote financial inclusion.
