Bursa students participate in vocational ethics ceremony

In Bursa, Turkey, 303 high school students participated in a ceremony at the Mehmet Kemal Coşkunöz Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School to mark their entry into vocational education. The event, organized in coordination with the Bursa Provincial Directorate of National Education, focused on the principles of Ahilik culture, emphasizing professional ethics, honesty, and solidarity.

During the ceremony, ninth-grade students donned their professional aprons and took the Ahilik Oath to strengthen their sense of professional identity and responsibility. Gürhan Çokgezer, the Bursa Provincial Director of National Education, noted that while technology and production methods evolve, the values of trust and quality work remain essential. He also highlighted that the Ministry of National Education has allocated approximately 233 billion lira to vocational and technical education to develop a qualified workforce.
