Eastern Sierra trout fishing activity increases

Anglers in the Eastern Sierra are experiencing an active trout season as temperatures cool and autumn approaches. Local stocking efforts in Inyo and Mono counties have contributed to high activity levels in lakes, with trout becoming particularly active in upper elevation lakes due to cooler evening temperatures.
