Eastlands cattle property sells for $10 million in Queensland

The Eastlands cattle property, a 4,492-hectare (approximately 11,100-acre) estate in Queensland’s Central Highlands, has sold at auction for $10 million. The sale was conducted by Ray White Rural.

Located approximately 40km east of Duaringa and 95km southwest of Rockhampton, the property includes a mix of native and improved pastures, with 15 dams for stock and domestic water. The land features various vegetation types, including ironbark, eucalyptus, and brigalow, and borders the Dawson River on its southwest corner. Improvements on the site include a three-bedroom high-set residence, a garage, and a carport.
