Eastone Co., Ltd. announces seasonal food fairs in Japan

Eastone Co., Ltd., a restaurant operator based in Sapporo, is launching two seasonal food fairs across its various brands in Hokkaido, Tohoku, and Kanto regions starting September 1, 2026.

The brand ‘Hokkaido Wheat Fresh Pasta Mugi to Tamago’ will host an ‘Autumn Fragrance Fresh Pasta Fair’ running until November 1, 2026. The menu features seasonal mushroom-based dishes, including a mushroom and bacon ‘pepe tama’ with soy sauce koji and a black truffle moon-viewing carbonara.

Simultaneously, the Italian dining brands ‘Mia Bocca’, ‘Mia Angela’, and ‘Cucina’ will hold the ‘Exquisite Italian Fair 2026’ through September 30, 2026. This fair highlights premium Hokkaido ‘Jun-ama’ mini tomatoes, featuring them in cold spaghetti with fresh mozzarella and a warm tomato cream pasta with shrimp and avocado. Other offerings include seasonal appetizer platters and specialty pizzas.
