easyJet and Ryanair passengers warned over mobile boarding pass limitations

Travelers using easyJet and Ryanair are advised to verify if their destination or departure airports accept mobile boarding passes. While most airlines have transitioned to digital-only systems, several airports still require printed documents.

easyJet has identified specific locations that do not currently accommodate mobile boarding passes, including Marrakech, Sharm El Sheikh, Izmir, Agadir, Antalya, Aqaba, Belgrade, Djerba, Essaouira, Harstad, Hurghada, Sitia, Luxor, Enfidha-Hammamet, Rabat Sale, Marsa Alam, Scandinavian Mountains, and Cairo Sphinx. easyJet recommends that passengers flying to or from these locations check in online and print a paper boarding pass in advance.

Ryanair passengers can generally check in online and present their digital boarding pass at the airport to receive a printed version. However, specific rules apply to Moroccan airports; while passengers must check in online, those flying from Marrakech, Fez, Agadir, Tangier, Nador, or Oujda can now use digital boarding passes via the Ryanair app.
