easyJet expands Nuremberg airport routes with four new destinations

The low-cost airline easyJet has introduced four new flight destinations from Nuremberg Airport, connecting the German region to locations in England and Italy. The new routes include Manchester, London-Gatwick, London-Luton, and Milan-Malpensa.

According to Nuremberg Airport, the expansion is driven by international demand during the winter season, specifically citing the Nuremberg Christmas Market and the Nuremberg Messe trade fairs. Stephan Erler, easyJet's Country Manager for Germany, noted that the Nuremberg market is particularly attractive during the winter half-year due to this demand.

The Manchester route has already commenced operations. Flights to London-Gatwick are scheduled to begin on November 19, followed by London-Luton on November 23, and Milan-Malpensa on November 27. These connections are currently planned to operate two to four times per week through the spring of 2027.
