EasyJet releases family travel guide with five tips

EasyJet has published a practical guide offering five tips to help families travel by air with children. The advice covers pre‑flight preparation such as early online check‑in and arriving with a time buffer, and suggests packing a “magic hand bag” with essentials like snacks, medication and games.

The airline notes that children under five receive priority boarding and that each child may bring up to two free items, such as a stroller or car seat. EasyJet also allows larger quantities of baby food and milk beyond the usual 100 ml limit, with separate security screening. Onboard, crew members can heat bottles or baby food, and families receive a free “Little Traveller’s Log Book” to engage children with aviation facts. The carrier’s standard free hand‑luggage allowance is 45 × 36 × 20 cm.
