Eataly partners with pastry chef Luigi Biasetto

Eataly has announced a collaboration with renowned pastry chef Luigi Biasetto to expand its pastry and gelato offerings. The partnership introduces a selection of products across five specific locations: Eataly Torino Lingotto, Eataly Torino Lagrange, Eataly Milano Smeraldo, Eataly Genova, and Eataly Trieste.

The new assortment includes breakfast items such as French-style croissants and brioches made with sourdough, as well as various pastries, mignon sweets, and cakes. A centerpiece of the collaboration is the Setteveli cake, a signature creation that earned Biasetto a gold medal at the 1997 Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie. The Setteveli will be available in both classic and single-portion formats, featuring layers of dark chocolate mousse, praline hazelnut bavarian cream, and gianduja crunch.
