EB-5 Investment Projects and Market Trends

EB5AN currently manages nine EB-5 investment offerings, each requiring a minimum investment of $800,000. The portfolio is divided into five rural projects—Currahee Club, Hard Rock Pointe Vista, Grand Park, Lakeview Landing Phase 2 (Equity), and Lakeview Landing Phase 2 (Loan)—and four high unemployment area (HUA) projects: Spring Haven, Brandon Multifamily (Equity), Brandon Multifamily (Loan), and Elyse Atlanta.

Six of these nine projects have received Form I-956F approval from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), while Elyse Atlanta and both Lakeview Landing Phase 2 offerings remain pending. Several projects, including Currahee Club, Hard Rock Pointe Vista, Spring Haven, Brandon Multifamily, Elyse Atlanta, and Grand Park, are currently under construction.

Since the introduction of new immigration benefits in 2022, global demand for EB-5 immigration has increased, particularly from investors in China and India. These updates allow for faster processing through rural projects and provide work and travel permits while awaiting Green Cards. The market has expanded with new visa set-aside categories, offering investors various structures including senior secured debt, conventional loans, or equity investments.
