EB5 Capital receives USCIS approval for Boca Raton project

EB5 Capital has announced that the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approved the I-956F petition for JF47 – The Aletto at Boca Raton. This approval allows EB-5 investors to move forward with their green card (I-526E) petitions through the immigrant investor program.

JF47 is a 140,500 square foot office and retail complex located in downtown Boca Raton, Florida. The development includes 117,000 square feet of premium office space and 23,500 square feet of retail space. As of August 2026, the building is 64 percent leased. Construction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2028.

EB5 Capital raised $56 million from 70 investors to support the total project cost of $180 million. The project is projected to create more than 1,700 jobs.
