EBANX and NetEase Games Club partner to expand gaming payments in Latin America

EBANX and NetEase Games Club have announced a partnership to expand payment access for video game players in Latin America. The collaboration aims to address barriers to content purchasing by offering local payment methods in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, and Peru.

Because credit card penetration is relatively low in the region, the partnership will integrate widely used local systems. These include Pix in Brazil, SPEI in Mexico, PagoEfectivo in Peru, and the digital wallet Mercado Pago across the region. This move targets the growing gaming market where digital payment usage is high despite limited access to traditional credit cards.
