Eboli to host third Sono Terra Festival in October 2026

The third edition of the Sono Terra Festival will take place on October 9 and 10, 2026, in Eboli at the Convento di San Pietro Alli Marmi. Promoted by the Organizzazione di Produttori della Piana del Sele Solco Maggiore, the event aims to connect agriculture, culture, and local community development.

The theme for this edition is ‘Trust’ (Fiducia), framed as a daily practice and a way of life to encourage conscious decision-making. The festival will feature the eighth edition of the Solco Maggiore Prize, which recognizes individuals and stories in categories including Communication, Identity, Cultivation, and Enterprise. The awards will feature artwork by painter Fabrizio Modesti.

Additionally, the event will include the presentation of the book ‘La Filosofia della DOP Economy’ by Mauro Rosati. This session will explore the value of quality production, the connection to local territories, and the role of Geographical Indications in building a sustainable economy.
