Ebrar Karakurt's Return to Court Delayed, May Miss European Championship

The Turkish Volleyball Federation announced that star outside hitter Ebrar Karakurt is still undergoing treatment for bone‑marrow edema and fluid buildup in her sacroiliac joint. After an initial rest period, she has begun physiotherapy, but the medical team says a safe return to competition is not yet complete.

Officials estimate that a full, safe comeback could take another one to three weeks. Because of the ongoing recovery, Karakurt has not been included in the current squad for the European Championship, and her participation will be decided after further medical evaluation.
