Ecatepec's Centro LIBRE surpasses 10,000 services for women

The Centro LIBRE (Libertad, Igualdad, Bienestar, Redes y Emancipación) in Ecatepec has surpassed 10,000 comprehensive services provided to women within six months of its operation in the La Presa neighborhood.

Opened on February 11, the center was established in a space previously abandoned by the former municipal administration. The facility aims to provide a safe environment and tools for integral development. Services include psychological care, legal advice, dental services, literacy programs, and early childhood stimulation. Additionally, the center offers various workshops such as sewing, baking, cooking, self-defense, karate, and family gardening to promote self-employment skills.

Mayor Azucena Cisneros Coss reaffirmed the commitment to continuing these supports to improve the region and restore peace and tranquility to the territory.
