ECDC Memmingen Indians defeat Ravensburg Towerstars 2-1

The Ravensburg Towerstars lost their first preseason test game of the new season to the ECDC Memmingen Indians with a score of 1-2. Despite applying high pressure and maintaining a fast tempo from the start, the Towerstars struggled to break through Memmingen's compact defense.

Memmingen's goalkeeper, Michael Bitzer, faced limited action early on, but the visitors found success through counterattacks and increased confidence in the first period. Tom Maier scored the opening goal for the Indians shortly before the first intermission. Although the Towerstars improved their offensive play in the second half of the middle period and utilized power-play opportunities, they were unable to convert these chances into goals.
