ECI Training and Development Awards finalists announced

The finalists for the 14th annual Engineering Construction Industry (ECI) Training and Development Awards have been announced. Organized by the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB), the awards recognize excellence in workforce and skills development across the sector.

Shortlisted finalists include individuals, employers, and training providers across nine categories. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on Thursday, 26 November, at a venue in London. The event will be hosted by Ortis Deley.

ECITB Chief Executive Andrew Hockey noted that the high standard of nominations reflects significant progress in industry training. The organization’s Leading Industry Learning strategy is designed to address the projected need for thousands of additional skilled workers by 2030.
