Eclat Enterprise and Cloud Energy win HR Asia workplace awards

Several companies have been recognized at the HR Asia awards for excellence in human resources and workplace sustainability.

Eclat Enterprise, a travel retail operator, has received the ‘HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia’ award for the third time and the ‘Sustainable Workplace Award’ for the second time. The company reported high employee approval ratings, exceeding 92% in categories such as teamwork, trust, and organizational commitment. Eclat Enterprise also highlighted its commitment to diversity and inclusion, employing over 100 individuals with disabilities and indigenous partners, and has implemented carbon footprinting at its locations.

Cloud Energy also secured both the ‘HR Asia Best Companies to Work for in Asia’ and the ‘Sustainable Workplace Award’ in its first year of participation. The company emphasized its focus on energy transition and talent development. Employee feedback indicated high satisfaction with the company’s efforts in energy saving, emission reduction, and social responsibility. Cloud Energy also noted its progress in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), with female employees making up 48.2% of its workforce and 43% of its board of directors.
