Eclipse Foundation projects graduate to mature status

Four projects within the Eclipse Technology Top-Level Project have transitioned from the incubation phase to mature status under the Eclipse Foundation Development Process. The graduating projects are Eclipse SW360, Eclipse Tycho, Eclipse Apoapsis, and Eclipse Common Security Infrastructure (CSI).

This graduation signifies the establishment of open and transparent development practices, community engagement, and the management of intellectual property and security responsibilities. The projects address various stages of the software development lifecycle, including software composition analysis, component management, Eclipse builds, and software supply chain security.

Eclipse SW360, which provides a central catalogue for managing software components, licenses, and vulnerability information, recently released version 20.1.0. This update included a new Next.js-based frontend and a strengthened REST API.
