Ecobank and CIH Bank announce key executive leadership appointments

Ecobank has appointed Korédé Odjo-Bella as the Head of Consumer & Commercial Banking (CCB) products for Côte d’Ivoire and the UEMOA region. Previously leading the Retail Bank in Côte d’Ivoire, Odjo-Bella will now oversee product strategy on a regional scale, focusing on industrializing digital offerings and leveraging group economies of scale to drive growth and revenue.

In a separate leadership move, CIH Bank has promoted Houda Chafil to Deputy General Manager, where she will lead the Enterprise & Real Estate Banking division. Chafil, who brings over 25 years of experience in structured finance and institutional sectors, is tasked with supporting the bank’s development projects, particularly in corporate financing and asset valuation.
