Ecomuseo del lago d’Orta e Mottarone launches Cusius Fund

The Ecomuseo del lago d’Orta e Mottarone has established the ‘Fondo Ecomuseo Cusius’ within the Fondazione Comunità Novarese. This new distributive fund is designed to collect donations and legacies from individuals, entities, and businesses to finance various institutional activities.

The fund will support projects focused on environmental protection, cultural and historical heritage valorization, education, research, and community well-being. These initiatives will target the riverside, hilly, and mountainous areas of the Cusio and Mottarone regions, spanning both the Province of Novara and the Province of Verbano-Cusio-Ossola.

Giovanni De Bernardi, president of the Ecomuseo, noted that the collaboration strengthens the concept of an active and inclusive community. The fund aims to promote a culture of solidarity and strengthen networks between non-profit organizations and local institutions to coordinate effective interventions.
