Ecopark Hai Duong and Hoang Long Hanoi propose projects in Moc Chau

Ecopark Hai Duong Investment JSC and Hoang Long Hanoi Group have proposed investing in several large-scale projects in Moc Chau Ward, Son La Province. The proposals include the development of mixed-use urban areas, high-end eco-tourism resorts, and synchronized technical and social infrastructure.

During a working session chaired by Nguyen Dinh Viet, Chairman of the Son La Provincial People's Committee, investors presented plans to leverage the region's natural landscape and climate. The projects aim to integrate residential housing with artistic landscape features and tourism services to create new development spaces for the area.

Provincial leaders expressed support for the investment ideas, noting that such projects could mobilize resources to improve infrastructure, commerce, and services in Moc Chau. Local departments have been tasked with providing necessary information regarding planning and land use to assist the investors in finalizing their proposals.
