Ecopark integrates schools into green urban developments

Ecopark is integrating educational institutions directly into its green urban developments, including Ecopark in Hung Yen, Eco Central Park in Nghe An, and Eco Retreat in Tay Ninh. This approach follows the developer's ‘5E’ philosophy: Eco, Emotion, Edu-entertainment, Economic, and Elite.

By placing schools within the residential ecosystem, the developments allow students to walk or cycle to classes, such as Edison Schools, Greenfield School, British University Vietnam (BUV), and the University of Tokyo medical programs. This model aims to reduce reliance on motorized transport and minimize exposure to traffic congestion and pollution, instead promoting physical activity and social interaction during the commute.
