Ecopark launches The Palm Island villas at Vietnam's Eco Central Park

Ecopark, the developer behind Vietnam’s Eco Central Park project in Nghệ An province, has unveiled The Palm Island, a new island‑style luxury villa community. The launch follows the success of The Grand Island and targets young, affluent families seeking a private yet community‑oriented lifestyle. The development comprises eleven island clusters surrounded by water, creating a micro‑climate where each square metre of built area is cooled by two square metres of internal water. Villas feature large glass façades that maximise waterfront views and integrate tropical landscaping. Designed as a modern, youthful resort‑living concept, The Palm Island adds a fresh residential offering to the Eco Central Park master plan.
