Ecosabinares to host first local products fair in Mecerreyes

The third edition of Ecosabinares will take place from October 9 to 18, 2026, across several municipalities including Mecerreyes, Hortigüela, Covarrubias, and others in the province of Burgos.

The program features conferences, exhibitions, workshops, guided tours, concerts, and local product tastings. A significant addition to this edition is the first Proximity Products and Services Fair, scheduled for October 12 in Mecerreyes. This fair aims to serve as a meeting point for producers, residents, and visitors to showcase local goods and entrepreneurship.

The event is supported by a subsidy from SODEBUR (Sociedad para el Desarrollo de la Provincia de Burgos), covering 70% of the costs, with the remainder funded by local town halls and non-free activities.
