Ecovol SA fined for illegal construction waste disposal in Voluntari

Ecovol SA, the sanitation company for the Voluntari City Hall, has been fined 60,000 lei by the Environmental Guard for the illegal disposal of construction waste. The violation occurred on a site located on Ardealului Street, where the operator lacked the necessary environmental authorization.

In addition to construction debris, inspectors identified vegetable waste deposited at the site. As a result of the findings, the Environmental Guard has imposed a ban on all authorized activities at the specific location until the operator complies with legal requirements and hands over all identified waste.
