ECREW recruitment platform for e-commerce professionals launches

One Proof Co., Ltd. has officially launched ECREW, a specialized recruitment and career change platform dedicated to professionals with practical experience in the e-commerce (EC) industry. The service aims to resolve hiring mismatches by connecting experienced personnel directly with EC operators and support companies.

Unlike general job boards that categorize EC roles under broad headings like ‘Web Marketing’ or ‘Retail,’ ECREW utilizes specialized filtering. Users can search based on specific platforms such as Rakuten, Amazon, and Shopify, as well as niche skill sets including CRM, MD (merchandising), advertising operations, and EC design. The platform also features filters for remote work options, which are common in the sector.

During its pre-release period from September 1 to September 30, the platform saw 200 early registrations from EC industry professionals. ECREW limits job postings to vetted EC businesses and support firms, intentionally excluding recruitment agencies to facilitate direct hiring between employers and candidates.
