ECU City Campus wins Australian Construction Achievement Award

Perth’s ECU City Campus, a 73,000 square metre development delivered by Multiplex, has been named Australia’s best construction project at the 2026 Australian Construction Achievement Awards (ACAA).

The project involved building a major university precinct above live rail tunnels and the Perth Busport, navigating significant engineering constraints while maintaining active transport operations. The development is expected to provide approximately $7.5 billion in long-term economic benefits to Western Australia and establishes the city’s first comprehensive inner-city university campus.
