Ecuador Sub-20 calls up Royal Antwerp players Porozo and Mejía

Snayder Porozo and Carlos Daniel Mejía, both 19-year-old players from the Belgian club Royal Antwerp, have been called up to the Ecuador Under-20 national team.

The players will join the squad for upcoming friendly matches as part of the preparation process for the 2027 South American Under-20 Championship. The technical staff aims to evaluate how the players adapt to the national team following their recent moves to European football.

Snayder Porozo, a striker who joined Antwerp from Aucas, has already recorded goals in the Jupiler Pro League. Carlos Daniel Mejía, a winger previously trained at Independiente del Valle, also joins the squad to provide international experience to the youth selection.
