Ecuadorian Audio Engineer Luca Vega Boosts Global Production from New York

Luca Vega began his career as a sound technician and engineer at Quito's Teatro Nacional Sucre, later working on large‑scale concerts for artists such as the Backstreet Boys and Garth Brooks. He now resides in New York State, providing audio‑engineering services for major live events and collaborating with specialized sound‑production firms.

From his New York base, Vega produces and records music across three continents. He coordinated remote sessions for his single “Miss U No More” with musicians in Italy, Japan, the United States and Ecuador, and the track was mixed and mastered by Latin Grammy winner Diego Acosta. Vega also serves as a voting member of the Recording Academy, highlighting the growing presence of Latin American producers in the global music industry.
