Eddie Bauer enters Indian market through OutdoorGoats partnership

American outdoor brand Eddie Bauer has announced its entry into the Indian market through a partnership with OutdoorGoats. The expansion aims to leverage India’s growing athleisure sector, which is currently seeing a 35% year-on-year growth rate.

Founded in Seattle in 1920, Eddie Bauer is known for innovations such as the first patented quilted down jacket in the United States. The brand, currently owned by Authentic Brands Group, intends to offer apparel suitable for various Indian contexts, ranging from urban commutes to mountain trails. The launch is supported by a debut campaign titled ‘Eddie Set Go’.
