Eddie Hearn and Dana White dispute Fury-Joshua fight production

Promoter Eddie Hearn and UFC CEO Dana White are engaged in a dispute regarding the production and promotion of the upcoming Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua heavyweight fight, scheduled for December 11 in Cardiff, Wales.

White has publicly asserted that his team will handle the production and promotion of the event, stating, “We’re producing the show.” However, Hearn has rejected these claims, alleging that Anthony Joshua’s contract prohibits White’s involvement in production. Hearn further stated that he contacted SELA, the Saudi-based organization involved in the fight, who reportedly confirmed that White’s claims are untrue.

During a press conference, White responded to questions regarding potential contractual breaches by suggesting Hearn might have an “incredible lawsuit.” While White maintains he will be present and actively producing the show, the specific contractual framework allowing for his involvement remains a point of contention between the two figures.
