Eddie Kingston cleared to return to wrestling after health scare

Professional wrestler Eddie Kingston has provided a health update following a recent medical scare that forced him to withdraw from AEW Collision on August 22. Kingston was originally scheduled to compete against Claudio Castagnoli in the Continental Cup Challenge tournament, but he was not medically cleared to participate at the time.

During a CMLL media call, Kingston stated that he has since been cleared and is feeling “1,000 times better.” He confirmed that medical checks were completed and everything is in good order. Kingston expressed his eagerness to return to action and is scheduled to challenge Hechicero for the CMLL World Heavyweight Championship on August 28.
