Eddie Vedder assists Florence Road after equipment theft

Irish band Florence Road was able to perform at the Ohana Festival in California after their musical equipment was stolen from their van in Los Angeles. The theft, which included guitars and pedal boards, initially forced the band to announce they would be unable to fulfill their scheduled performances.

Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder, the founder of the Ohana Festival, intervened to assist the group. Upon learning of the theft, Vedder arranged a new performance slot for the band and loaned his own guitar to vocalist Lily Aron so the group could play. The band expressed deep gratitude to Vedder, the festival team, and Fender for their support in making the performance possible.
