EDEKA E-Center to open at Park Center Treptow

The EDEKA E-Center is set to open at the Park Center Treptow in Berlin on October 1 following extensive modernization of the facility. The opening will include a formal ceremony and a celebratory program.

The expansion is part of a broader transformation of the Park Center Treptow from a traditional 1990s shopping mall into a multifunctional district center. Managed by Kintyre, the site is integrating health, education, and cultural services alongside retail. The addition of EDEKA as an anchor tenant is expected to increase foot traffic for other retailers at the location, such as JYSK, Woolworth, and Rossmann. The complete modernization of the center is scheduled for completion in 2027.
