Dominican Republic advances major electricity infrastructure upgrades

The National Health Service will begin the first phase of a major renovation at Hospital Salvador B. Gautier next week, expanding the emergency department and adding a magnetic resonance scanner and angiography‑CT equipment to improve diagnostic capacity.
