Edgerrin Cooper suffers Achilles injury during Packers win

Green Bay Packers linebacker Edgerrin Cooper suffered an Achilles injury during a Week 4 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The injury occurred in the third quarter when Cooper appeared to suffer a non-contact injury while attempting to blitz and change direction. He was subsequently removed from the field via a cart.

Packers head coach Matt LaFleur expressed concern regarding the injury, suggesting that Cooper may miss the remainder of the season. The loss comes amid a difficult period for the Packers' roster, which has already dealt with several other significant injuries. Despite the loss of Cooper, the Packers secured a 17-14 victory over the Buccaneers.
