The Edifício Tomaz, a residential project by IDEIA1, has been completed in a traditional neighborhood of Porto Alegre, Brazil. The building covers an area of 12,250 square meters and consists of 34 apartments.

The architectural design emphasizes the concept of architecture as a legacy, integrating abundant vegetation into the structure. Each apartment features balconies in direct contact with facade planters, intended to incorporate nature into the internal ambiance and the daily lives of the residents.
