Edil Group launches defibrillator safety project in Trieste

Edil Group, through its subsidiary Edilimpianti, has launched the ‘Health&Care’ project in Trieste to enhance safety in construction sites and offices. The initiative involves the deployment of six automated external defibrillators (AEDs) across the company’s facilities.

In a first for the city, these devices will be integrated into the local 118 emergency medical network. This connection ensures that the defibrillators are not only available for employees and collaborators but can also serve as a resource for medical emergencies involving the general public in the surrounding areas.

The project was presented alongside representatives from the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and the 118 emergency service. Regional Labor Assessor Alessia Rosolen highlighted the initiative as a model of corporate responsibility toward both workers and the local community, aligning with regional safety programs focused on prevention and training.
