Edin Džeko farewell match tickets resold by scalpers at high prices
Scalpers are reselling tickets at significantly inflated prices for the upcoming Nations League match between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Sweden, which will serve as the farewell match for captain Edin Džeko.
Following the rapid sell-out of official tickets by the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina (N/FS BiH), secondary market prices have surged. While official prices ranged from 40 KM to 60 KM, resellers on social media and online platforms are listing tickets for much higher amounts. Prices for north and south stands are reportedly between 150 KM and 200 KM, while east stand tickets start at 200 KM. West stand tickets are being offered between 200 KM and 500 KM, with some advertisements reaching 500 EUR (nearly 1,000 KM).
The match is scheduled for October 2 at Bilino Polje in Zenica. The Football Association has noted that tickets are only valid if they include the owner's name and surname, and identification will be required for entry, which may pose a risk to those purchasing from unauthorized resellers.
