Edinburgh Fringe productions showcase multimedia theatre at Assembly Roxy

The Edinburgh Fringe Festival features diverse theatrical productions at the Assembly Roxy venue.

“Noted” is a highly physical multimedia performance featuring an ensemble including Peter Betcher, Katie Kohler, Alec Silver, and Alley Scott. The production utilizes over 400 hand-drawn images, animations, and live-streamed top-down camera perspectives to create synchronized visual scenes.

“Arcana,” a musical by Fay Guiffo and co-directed by Jaïrus Obayomi, explores themes of empire and revolution. The production features Guiffo as a violinist and performer, utilizing immersive soundscapes and visual projections to tell a fantastical coming-of-age story.
