Edith Márquez disputes Mariana Ochoa’s claims on reality show

Singer Edith Márquez has responded to claims made by Mariana Ochoa on the reality show ‘La Casa de los Famosos México’ regarding Márquez’s past professional relationship with Bobo Producciones. Ochoa alleged that during a difficult period involving her sister’s battle with cancer, the production company, led by Ari Borovoy, issued various charges to Márquez instead of providing financial assistance.

Márquez stated in an interview that Ochoa’s version of events is inaccurate. While she declined to discuss specific financial details, she requested respect for her late sister’s memory, stating, “It is not as she said it, and all I ask for is respect, because talking about someone who is no longer here, like my sister, that I will not allow.”

In a separate discussion on the same reality program, Mariana Ochoa and actor Ernesto Laguardia reminisced about a brief romantic involvement they had over 20 years ago. Ochoa described the relationship as involving flirting and kissing but noted it lasted only a few months before ending due to a lack of communication and Laguardia’s prior relationship commitments.
