Edoardo Redaelli, founder of Fratelli Redaelli dealership, dies at 88
Edoardo Redaelli, aged 88, died on 25 July 2026 after a sudden illness. He was the patron and co‑founder of Fratelli Redaelli Srl, a historic automotive concessionaire based in Sirone, Italy, which opened a second site in Casatenovo in 1994. The company was established in 1953 by Redaelli and his brothers, initially operating from Molteno before moving to Sirone. Early strategic agreements with German manufacturers Volkswagen and later Audi helped the firm grow, and it celebrated its 70th anniversary in 2023.
Redaelli is survived by his children Giorgio and Paolo, their spouses Erica, Simona, and his partner Ludmilla, as well as grandchildren. A funeral service will be held on 27 July 2026 at the Church of San Carlo in Sirone, followed by burial in the local cemetery.
